Mr. Umair Riaz Founder & CEO, Catnyx Consultants

"I didn't start out wanting to run a consultancy I started out building things myself, one client at a time. That's still how I run Catnyx."

Mr. Umair's path into business setup consultancy UAE started far from a boardroom building and selling websites as a computer science student in 2017. That hands on grind, cold calling his way from government projects to private clients, took him to Dubai in search of IT work, and eventually into the business setup industry itself. After years of working inside consultancy and a short-lived partnership, he founded Catnyx Consultants in 2023 to do it his own way with a focus on transparency and actually walking clients through the free zone and mainland process, not just filing paperwork for them. Today, his focus is on scaling that same client-first approach across Dubai and Noida, with an eye toward establishing Catnyx's own dedicated free zone entity.
